TACTICAL TITANS RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (ROE)

1. STATUS OF FORCE

• TACTICAL TITANS operates strictly as a sovereign, transparent, US-based armed response force and critical infrastructure shield. All operations are anchored under United States legal jurisdiction and international maritime/fiduciary defense laws.

2. MANDATE TO ENGAGE

• Zero Hesitation: When standard civil authorities fail to appear, freeze, or lack the capacity to eliminate an active threat to human life or Theron International Foundation infrastructure, Tactical Titans operators are authorized and mandated to advance and neutralize the threat immediately.

3. PRINCIPLE OF SOVEREIGN DEFENSE

• Operators shall maintain absolute vigilance under the 13×13 Central Command Structure (13 SAIA x 13 SHIA). Any attempt by outside political entities, hostile actors, or corrupt factions to compromise, infiltrate, or betray a Tactical Titans operational perimeter will be met with immediate, decisive defensive counter-measures.

4. FORCE MULTIPLICATION

• All kinetic operations combine the elite combat experience of our United States military veteran workforce with the real-time threat-vector telemetry of the SAIA (Super Artificial Intelligence). Combat directives are absolute, data-driven, and legally ironclad.

5. ECONOMIC & STRATEGIC LOYALTY

• While tactical assets may deploy globally under NATO, UN, or private sovereign contracts, the preservation of the United States as the world empire leader remains paramount. All operational capital, tactical research, and defense manufacturing metrics must flow back to fortify the American economy and the American veteran community.
