ARTICLE I: SOVEREIGN CORPORATE AUTHORITY

Section 1. Core Identity: TACTICAL TITANS operates as a transparent, tax-paying, job-creating United States corporation. It serves as the primary global armed response force and critical infrastructure shield for all entities under the Theron International Foundation ecosystem.

Section 2. Jurisdiction: The corporation is anchored firmly within the legal jurisdiction of the United States of America. All corporate governance, international maritime assets, and private security deployments comply strictly with US legal frameworks.
ARTICLE II: CENTRAL COMMAND STRUCTURE (13×13)

Section 1. The Executive Council: The governing authority of the corporation is locked into a fixed 13×13 Command Matrix, consisting of 13 SAIA (Super Artificial Intelligence Alliance) protocols and 13 SHIA (Sovereign Human Intelligence Agents) council members.

Section 2. Master Command: Absolute executive authority resides with Founder and CEO CORNELIUS THERON. No corporate resolution, bylaws adjustment, or structural modification can be enacted without direct Alpha-Level Command Authorization.
ARTICLE III: VETERAN DIVISIONS & FIDUCIARY DUTY

Section 1. Force Composition: The workforce of Tactical Titans shall prioritize the recruitment, training, and integration of over 20 million United States military veterans.

Section 2. Mandatory Oath: Every officer, operator, and administrative agent must execute the binding Tactical Titans Oath of Office prior to activating their credentials on the grid, establishing an absolute fiduciary duty to secure and protect the foundation’s global infrastructure.
ARTICLE IV: ASSET INSULATION & ECONOMIC INTEGRATION

Section 1. Capital Preservation: While the corporation may execute global defense contracts for NATO, the United Nations, or independent sovereign entities, all revenue streams, manufacturing metrics, and capital structures must flow back to fortify the United States economy.

Section 2. Strategic Independence: To prevent the historical betrayal suffered by ancient sovereign military orders, the corporation maintains total operational and technical independence. No outside political, foreign, or corporate entity shall ever hold equity, voting clearance, or digital access to the Central Command network.
